So you want to know what car has the most low end tq? That would be the Sti

 

whoever has the most torque so the winner is the STi

 

I have a friend that has an STI and his wife has a EVO, and from what he says the STI is quicker. But the EVO can hold more power than the STI and it has better handeling but that's another story.

 

The STi is a badass car! Low end torque (off boost torque) is awesome on that car.
But I LOVE my car though! I wouldn't mind owning both. Good thing my friend has one I can drive.

 

From driving both daily, I would say the STi has it beaten by a good amount. The low end torque with top end HP makes it feel a lot faster even if it's only a few tenths of a second. And just guessing by it's HP and torque advantage over the SRT too, it probably feels faster. Probably because it is.

 

My s-10 had gobs of torque- 270 i think, it felt really fast until i bought my evo...

 

p.s. i voted the srt-4 cause it FEELS fast... to bad that the sti and evo ARE fast.

 

He never said anything about low end or torque...he asked which car "feels" the fastest...

I vote Evo...the STi works much harder to achieve the same results, and doesn't have the manic boost and corresponding rush of the Evo...the Evo is also more composed at high speeds...

The Evo definitely "feels faster"

gotta say the SRT-4, wheel spinning, light, feel like out of control..... FEEEEEL fast.

 

I drove several STis and Evo8s before buying the Evo. I bought the Evo because it felt MUCH faster and handled better.

 

i drove evo and sti evo seems faster i drove wrx but not sti

 

stock vs stock the STI is faster but..... if your planning do mod Id recommendeither the EVOVIII or the srt-4 many parts out for both

 

srt-4? compared to the evo or sti - lol
