350z or EVO
You live in Chicago and you're actually considering a 350z? It better be accompanied by another car as your winter car.
Driving a 350z in the winter, in ANY kind of snow, regardless of snow tires or not, is flat out DANGEROUS.
Why even consider it? The Evo is less expensive, faster, easier to maintain, and a LOT more fun.

I was in the same prediciment. I wanted the 350z because of the looks primarly. However, especially for the money - the EVO is quicker, better interior, handles better and its modding potential is far superior to the Z. Also another fact was that there are FAR less EVOs on the road than 350Zs... but thats just me! I also reccomend if you do get the EVO, get the SSL package (which includes HIDs, leather, sunroof and a kickass 315watt infinity sound system with a sub). It will be about the same or a little less than a track Z.
^lol
It all matters if you prefer autocross-rally or drag racing. Evo is the better autocross-rally car while 350z will be a good drag car. Or if you're not looking for speed then its your call which looks better

last year the Z got dominated in autocrossing by the s2000, but it will be interesting to see what the results are like this year with the s2000 moved up to A stock
