ok ok i just bought a lancer..isn't an EVO..in no way i can afford one..but i found a 2004 oz rally for 13,500 at a dealership...test drove it..liked it...anywayz.. it has a little bit of quickness..but i know i could use a little extra speed.anywayz it's all stock ... i'm not planning much so far. just tint the windows..get some lowering performance shocks, cold air intake. anywayz..i'm on a very tight budget ( which is why i couldn't afford an evo) does anyone have any suggestions to better my new ride cause i'm all up for modifications, just no rice i'm glad to be on this site even no i have no evo..but i have the evo's little cousin

Once you get enough posts check out the for sale section. People are selling cheap parts there, either parting out a wrecked or want to go back to stock, or getting better parts.
