hello everyone...

I looked up my vin # via carfax and found out there was a recent recall on my '03 evo that's dated at 6/23/05...does anyone know what this was about? i called up a local mitsu dealership - and they did not want to divulge any info...what gives? -
btw i have carfax access so - hurry if you need it!

that sounds like a new recall... I am still waiting for my new weight sticker or whatever that recall was.. hahahaha

Being I got my '03 used.. from a dealer.. I have no idea what my car has been through before I got it... doh!

 

im preety sure it was the weight sticker that goes buy the door..

 

thats the chance you take when buying used

but at least you have an evo

 

either weight airbag sticker, or fan recall

 

yeah, actually my brother in-law purchased it used from dealer... then he had to sell it to get his house.. .so I got it from him... oh well... It seems to run great and the only issue so far with it was the 5th gear grind which was covered under warranty.. so so far so good... fingers crossed.. hahahhah

Everyone was begging me to get it so I can keep it in the family.. hahaha more like they were begging my wife as I was all for it... hahahha

Mine has a slight 5th gear grind too but it only happens when I'm going way faster than I should be going
