I just installed my Blitz drop in panel filter. The intake sucking sound is a bit louder and you can hear the whirring of the turbo more. Seems a bit more responsive. According to the poll, it doesn't seem very popular here.
Definitely a good buy if you are looking for a dry-type paper filter for your stock air box.
I'd love to have the Apexi dry type drop in but they don't make one for the Evo.

other people say that adding any intake without a tune will give you a power loss. but i havent experienced this
here is an example of an arc box added without tune

[QUOTE=burningmoney97]some intakes will give you more than others, some will actually lose power.

Ok thats understandable in every way but what would be how do I put it, the most bang for the buck, if ur willing 2 pay ex $400 for a system and gain a certain amount of HP then pay $200 for another any gain the same or more you knw wut i mean, like the injen system or the ams system or even the HKS system are like really popular amongst others but who will gain more from who ? or what system puts out the most
