I got 18s and they fill up my well farely well, dont need/want springs anymore. But I hear good reviews on progress, If i had to get springs, I'd more then likely get those from what I have heard.

well...18's prob wouldn't be very usefull on the roads i drive. and i still dont want any drop.the fun roads around here have killer curves and sharp droping hill hairpins so i want to stay as high as i can so i don't bottem out...and as i mentioned before...not allways fully paved

now come on...i know there has to be some aftermarket springs that do more than just lower your car ...there has to be some that actually help the performance right

well if you looking for good performance springs with no drop, id say there really arent any....i guess the best out for your situation would have to be the H&R's but i am not sure if they even fit our cars....do a search on em....if not those, maybe just buy the ralliart struts, those should make the ride plenty stiff without any drop whatsoever. but for god sakes dont.....and im serious about this, dont get the progress springs if you looking for a good drive....progress is a ****ty company and i would never want them if i was just performance driven, they are mainly for the drop look.

You could also upgrade those shocks. I'm sure there are much better shocks out there then the ones we have now.. =) That wont lower your ride and will probably increase your handling 10 fold.

take care!

What about the several other threads that cover this exact same topic? I can guarantee that everyone has spouted their 2 cents on everything from Tein to Eibach. *dropkicks to n00b forum*

the springs that lower the car also increase the handling, progress and eibachs have a stiffer spring rate as well as a shorter spring to increase the handling, also the fact that the car is lower lowers the center of gravity also increasing handling.
