what exactly is rice? I mean other the something you can eat! A lot of people say rice, or ricers, but what makes them that. Call me stupid if you want, I just don't quite get it 100%. I am part way there, someone lead me the rest of the way please.

Thats why when people say I got rice, I tell them "NO" I got a "RICE ROCKET"
that eats v8's for lunch and craps out v6's!!!!

 

I think it started with the domestic boys calling imports "rice burners".

The import crowd uses it to describe a car like this-

basically referring to them as cheesy, or ricey because they are japanese!

Japanese people eat alot of rice...demeaning term to poorly though out Japanese import modded cars. Just what I personally thought it all came from. Good example above^^^^.

 

basically it's the stupid a$$ English term ever created for ugly/weird looking Jap. cars. sigh..

About "wheaties" or "McDonald" for American cars because they're fat...

 

Dang those guy's at that other website don't know much about vehicles do they? They just have the bigest mouths and what they say are even dumber than "some" of the cars on there website. I wonder what they drive.....probrobly bicycles because they have so much hate for cars. Or mabye they just wished they had some of the money that those car owners had to throw away into their cars.........oh wait thats right.....they waste thier money on the lame website.

Rice is a car that has completely pointless mods done to it...I.E. multiple wings, neons, obnoxious exhaust, and is just plain slow.

Well all of use V8 people have Mullets, every car group has its sterotype.

My defination of rice is someone that spends more money on making there car look "cool" instead of making it fast.

A tunner is what I consider most of the people on this site. A tuner makes the car fast and isnt so worried about making it look good with worthless **** like body kits and wings.
