i dont own one as of yet so i didnt vote. for me once i get the car and after i've broken it in completely i'd pretty much let all my close friends who know how to drive stick drive it at least once so long as im in the car too. i would let them "try" it out- hard turns, wot etc. but not mad aggressive power shifting, weaving through traffic and crap. i trust them and they know if they break it they have to fix it or buy me a new one .

 

definately dont let my girlfriend drive my car.

She couldn't drive out of the rain even if the other side of the street was sunny

 

Wow there's only 1 person I actually let drive mine, he let me drive his 400 hp eclipse though. My other buddy got in it once and pulled it out of my drive way I looked pissed, so he got out real quick. It's my baby , it only takes one F'up for someone to wreck my car

 

i can only trust myself to drive my car. i'm just paranoid of letting someone else drive my car.

 

i let my gfren drive my car,but i do get nervous and paranoid because that way she drive manual(rough).

 

nobody drives my car not even my wife.. that why she has a WRX.....

 

My girl and any chic out there willing to met me tag it as long as I let them drive it .. lol

 

Yeah when I'm at a bar or club I will let a friend drive me home. Girlfriend only when I'm in the car. Other trustedEVO owners only.

since i put my new clutch in(myself) i'm even worse...i didn't let anyone else drive my car before...but now....forget it. I get too nervous when other people drive it... last time someone drove it was when i got my wing replaced at the dealer...damn my car sounds nice driving off hehehe

 

only my wife... i would never hand the keys to anyone else unless i'm in the car.

 

my 70 yr old grandfather took it once cuz it needed gas,,,I was sleeping....can only imagine what people thought when he pulled in in the evo,,all loud and ****!!! could never get mad at him though,,he bought me a IS 300 before the evo, i pay for the evo though

 

holly snike, I thought I was being a dick for not letting friends drive my car. I guess the majority of evo's owners feel the same way about their car. Phheeewwww I can cross that out now.

 

I would have loved to see that. I can't imagine the stares he most probably got.

I only let some close personal friends who drive sports cars, bro and dad drive her.

 

i saw this older lady driving an STI ...i thought it was pretty cool...pretty sure it was the owners mom borrowing her sons car
