HID bulb question

has anyone used HID bulbs from here? I was looking at the 8,000k or the 10,000k. Also has anyone used 8000k or 10000k in their evo
Thanks in advanced for any feedback.

do you care about light output? anything higher than 6000k is not recomended and is worse than stock... also i heard they use Mculloch brands, and all my buddies with mcullock brand HID kits have failed in a year...just becareful

i believe is DS2...and stock is 4300? the best site iv found is www.understeer.com
iv bought two of these kits for my rsx and Si...and its been great for 2 years now. HIDplace only has 1 year warranty on the bulbs and ballast. if u buy it from www.understeer.com ul get a lifetime warranty on the bulbs and 5 years on ballast...XTEC was a branch of the company known as CATZ..CATZ was rated the number one lighting company in Japan. Unfortunately Catz discontinued HID production...but XTEC continued...so yeah

I bought 8500K from ebay for $42.00 a bulb. Was worried about them at first because they seemed so cheap had them in for a couple months and all is good.

Anything other than stock will lose light output. That's straight from the vendors mouth.

That being said, I'd recommend European Autosport . They offer free fogs with their bulbs. I had them on for over a year, and no problems. I got the first run from them. Other members bought from them, and have had no problems.

I'm going for a BMW or Mercedes HID look. I don't really care about the output

brightness wise, seem to be just as bright as stock - only a little more blue/purple look with them.

The problems were brought to there attention and fixed..the product is great...looks good on my car...yeah 1 year warranty sucks...but hey i got a great deal on them
