I find this thread rather intersting. No one has bothered to give this "Kevin" the benefit of the doubt. Everyone is automatically assuming that tevol1 is the victim here. Someone before mentioned that Kevin was a regular contributor. Anyone know who this "tevol1" is? If Kevin is a regular, why would he jeopardize his standing on here? And who would write you an email stating more or less, "Thanks for you money but I'm not sending the product" aka I'm gonna leave evidence that I am stealing from you so that when you decide to file complaints and what not, I will have incriminated myself. Either this guy Kevin is an idiot, or we are all giving way too much credit to this "tevol1" guy.
With that said - tevol1, if this other internet user has indeed scammed you, please contact the evolutionm admins with evidence so they can ban this individual, contact paypal and your credit card company, lodge a complaint with the FBI internet fraud division and your local police if you want. Just starting a thread just to give us a FYI doesn't really help anyone, especially if all we have is your word. Your word against his. What if he would have posted first and said you never paid? No way for us to tell. Anyway, enough of my speel. How all works out for both parties.

OMG another thread on this??? This guy posted a thread a few days ago I wrote like a whole page describing in detail the situation and how im not in the wrong.
AHHH anyways I will make it brief as this has been beat to hell once. Bascially this guy is the most rediculous, nieve, pushy, and threatening guy I have ever done business with. He sent me a e-mail wantying to buy my Utec his offer was slightly more than someone elses I had. So I sold it to him and asked that he pay right away as I had a tuning appointment 5 days later and wanted to make sure I had the money in time ect. He ended up sending payment 7 days from when he said he would send it making me miss my tuning appointment. Now I already missed selling it to the other guy as I waited to long for the money so I was in a jam now. Back track a little I asked him to MAKE SURE his payment was COnfirmed with a Confirmed address as things started to seem kind of weird on his part after 7 days waiting. Well he sends payment UNCONFIRMED via paypal. Now I am really scetchy about the payment. So I e-mail him he ask why he didnt send a confirmed address then he tells me to look at his feedback on Ebay ect. 9which is meaningless to me as I ban scammed by people using other peoples accounts) so that meant nothing to me. So after debating whether to send the Utec or not I decided I would send him it TRUSTING his word. Well remeber he already made me miss my tuning appointment my car WILL NOT RUN without the Utec. SO I called to reschedule the appointment and couldnt get one for another week. Next thing I know this guy is e-mailing me demanding next day delivery when he didnt even pay for next day. Then he tells me he will pay me the next day delivery fee after I sent him confirmation that it was sent. (now I am getting worried again that i might get scammed on this deal) as he kept trying to rush me to get this out to him. Well in the meantime I had transferred the money to my bank account as like I said I decided I was going to send it to him and take the risk. Well after all this other crap I decided it wasnt worth it so I had to wait till the money cleared in my bank then have it sent back into my paypal account to refund. Obviously this guy didnt care that it takes time and started sending me demanding threatening e-maisl every day. At this point I got so heated about the whole situation I have held him off to the last possible day to refund his money via paypal as there is a claim for the funds. This deal just went totally bad but its not totally my fault and this other guy needs to learn how to do business properly. The internet is a scary palce nowadays to do business. Also and people please do a search on my posts I have been a contributor for a while now. I drove from RI to Ohio for the DSM shootout I attend any events possible concerining the EVO. So please dont feel I am a scammer this guy/kid seriously just has some MAJOR Issues. If anyone has any questions or what not feel free to pm me.

First off how the hell you going to get ripped when he already had the money?Second I never demanded 2nd day shipping I ASK there is a difference!Third he never mentioned why he updated the post for the utec 3 days after he recieved payment.Also I kept in touch with him and told him when I was going to pay and he was fine with it then.Just cause Im new on here means that everyone believes someone thats been on here longer thats kinda one sided.O and I dont have problems I just dont like getting d**ked out of $712.00 which I think no one would like.
Well it is the 9th and paypal has found in my favor.But HUH the funds arent in there.NOW NOT A RIPP OFF I thought I heard someone say that he states right above funds are in there looks like someone that has to Ripp people off because he cant afford his own stuff!
Anyways this guy has his own buisness and this is a real professional way to handle it!!!!!!!!I dont know the guy/kid and dont hold grudge against anyone just want my money back.He should be more professional about this situation and just refund my money like he stated in his post.ALL of us lancer guys/kids are suppose to stick together. 
this is the crap I was talking about before and if you read my original post you would see im waiting for the funds to clear FROM my bank account not TOO....read a little more slowly and jump to conclusions like you have since day one. BTW thanks for the great addition you made/are to the boards

Like I said hes real professional Everyone knows that it doesn't take 1 1/2 weeks to get the funds from your bank to paypal sorry Bud.Thats what paypal is for you pay with credit card,bank acount, or paypals buyer credit.Anymore good excuses and also like you said I think everyone else would be mad if you took their $712.00 and didn't give it back.
