dude, I think it's clear to everyone except you what he's doing. You just need to calm down and you'll get your money back. The way your acting is precisely why he's dragging his heels on this. The problem is that if you don't come through on your end in the beginning, you can't suddenly demand that someone do the same. It's obvious that you tremedously inconvenienced the seller, and now it's coming back to you. He'll get you your money back, and may I suggest that in the future you make sure you do your part to perfection before complaining about others.

 

Its internet fraud and anything over 500 is a felony.Paypal has informed me to turn him in I dont want to cause any problems for him but will If I dont get my money.

 

if you would of paid with a confirmed address like he wanted you would of had your money back already..when someone ships something to an unconfirmed address all the buyer has to do is make any kind of complaint and there will be a reversal..

Im not trying to sound like an a** but there is a law against this.He cant choose when to refund my money he has to refund it immediately after he decided he wasn't going to ship thats a law.Say if you go to a store and purchase something and keep the reciept and decide you don't want it and take it back the store can't tell you Hey I don't want to refund your money today come back in a week.Like I said if it was you all you would be the same way.Also a unconfirmed address has nothing to do with putting my money back in paypal.

Still as of today NOTHING!!!!!

 

He sent me an email 2 days ago sying that I would have my money today at the latest.Emailed him today asking if funds were there no response so I took further actions.

 

If you sent someone money you should have all the details to get your money back by whatever means. This site is not for drama queens or sessions. Close this **** and take care of YOUR problem like a man. The internet is a scary place but people are ********* in person.

Wow this is a drama fest. Not to get in the middle of this arguement, but I am more inclined to believe 8asti. I know it seems like a long time for you to get your money back, but the thing is when you file a claim with paypal they usually just give you your money back and then the other person has a negative balance on there account. Maybe you just don't know how to use it or you are just trying to start a ***** fest and try to ruin this guy because he did not do what you wanted. Plus he has more respect on this board then you do.
