I bought a TurboXS Utec off of Kevin screen name (8ASTI) and after purchase he sent an email telling me that He would not ship product and will not refund my money.So just as a warning just wanted to let people know dont purchase from this guy. HE IS A RIPP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

so he basically just took your money that sucks, did he even give a reason?

 

Why would he bother telling you that he would not send out the UTEC or refund your money?

 

What the hell? He's a regular contributor on this site, so that's really weird. You paid and then he just said "haha, thx for the money, fool"? How the hell can he just take your money and not send the UTEC? WTF? How did you pay? If it was via paypal, make sure you get that payment cancelled IMMEDIATELY!

 

Yeah I payed through paypal and put in for my money back.He is trying to fight giving my money back.I dont know why he wouldn't send it or give me my money back.

 

damn that sucks, paypal should give you your money back is the product was never recieved...

 

I even sent Paypal the email that stated he was not going to send item.

 

So he flat out just said I am not going to ship it and I will not give your money back? Are you leaving any other details out? Most of the time if someone was trying to rip you off, they would just take your money and not even contact you anymore. There must be some misunderstanding or something.

 

No misunderstanding I emailed him and ask before payment when he would be able to ship because he said it was still in his car.He said first thing monday he would ship.Then I paid for item and the date went to tues. or weds. then I started thinking something was up so I looked further and found that he had it on here for sale too.It was the same item because it was on ebay and in the forum he gives the ebay auction number.So I watched the forum and 3 days after I paid he updated his forum asking for any offers.Then I emailed him asking why and explaining that I had seen it on here then he wrote and said he would not ship Item.

I've always wonderd why most people would trust something like payday..I mean paypal?

Plus the agene you go through to TRY to get you're money back!

wow what a ridiculous person. some ***** he's got there. i've never had probs with ebay and what not, and i'm using paypal (knock on wood). even when i thought my stuff wasn't sent cause i had no confirmation email, it turned out that the items were already shipped, but the seller was just forgetting to email me soon enuff.
as far as that guy goes, i'm in joizee and i know some ppl who know some ppl who can have a lil talk with that guy, badaboom!
