Well I'm not sure where you guys are but the dealerships around here (DC area) have Evo's on the lot. That goes for MR's and GSR's. Look a little beyond your immediate area and you'll probably find one.

By the way, increase the count...I drive a '06 RR MR

there were 1000 made in 05, but because of the success there's supposed to be 1600 made this year

according to the dealer where I purchased mine the MR is limited and production is weighted to the early stages of the year. Same as with the VIII MR in 2005. Towards the end of the year it was impossible to order a MR from the factory.

There is no numbering because they do not run off the assembly in tandem to be turned into MR's. Nor does the VIN have any usable coding for a numbering sequence.

If your in the market for the MR get one before June IMO as it will get harder and harder to find one with low miles even on the lot.
