I got a 9 and the dealer wanted me to watch a video about the EVO before I took delivery of the car. I told my sales guy I had an STi that had a lot more power than the "stock" EVO and he said he would take care of it. The manager also asked if I watched the video and the salesman told him I did.

I am just curious if anyone else was asked to watch the video and what it was about... Thanks.

 

I've never seen this video that you talk about but I've heard of other people watching it.

Its a short flick about how Mitsubishi wil not honor thier warranty and how you are a fool for buying the car.

I was just wondering if it was in regards on what not to do on your way home after you left the dealership. I am not sure of other dealerships in the country, but here in AZ they will allow you test drive the car before you buy it, at least you are old like me!

 

they make a note of you not watching it and you are now blacklisted when it comes to warranty work because you did not take 5 minutes out of your otherwise busy day to watch a dopey movie.. gj.

 

When i got my IX i wasnt asked to watch any movie. I also was allowed to testdrive before. Im 22, but look 18{I guess my wife being with me, made me look old}

 

anything Evo related is good to me. If i were u i'd have watched that video not just once, well depending on how good the content is. what i'm saying is if it's got to do with the Evo, i'm all for it
