congrats! I am still with the srt-4 myself. Saving has been slow, but oh one day....

 

Yeah, the SRT was a fun car. There is nothing like spanking a Porsche in a "Neon". It has been a good time with that car but now the Evo feels so great.

I do have a weird clunk with the ol 1-2 shift. Sounds like it is coming from the rear diff. Not that I have tried to rag on it. I just pulled out at a bad time and had to gun it a little. It was about 5K rpm and a 1-2 shift and a clunk.

Doing a really fast snap-shift on the 1-2 can cause the rear diff to clunk, but shifting at 5k shouldn't cause it unless you just messed up. I ****** 2nd at 7200rpm and hammer the rear diff, but I don't think you quite did that.
