Talking got an 03 evo VIII Need to know where to start modding

Just picked up an 03 evoVIII and got rid of my em2vic. Figured since I got a realy good price on it and wanted to switch to awd platform I said why not and bought it. Ive been trying to figure out where to start once I get some cash laying around and realized that there are so many things to get its unreal. I thought it was hard when I had my vic but now I have no clue where to start. Im thinking bov and intake. Has anybody used any of agency powers stuff? I was leaning towards that bov. Just wanted to say hi and see if anyone could give me any ideas. I luv my car its such a step up from my vic its unreal

i suggest using the "search" button as you first modification.

If you do some work, this website can be good for new people to the evo scene.

Unless you just want to make a lot of noise and maybe hurt the driveability of your car, intake and BoV are not good choices for mods. Exhaust and maybe a flash are good places to start. I would imagine this question has been asked hundreds of times here (just started posting last week myself) and the search button will yield lots of results and reading for you.

Good thing this in the newbie section or you would be totally flamed, just kiddin'. Start with a Turboback Exhaust and go from there. The amazing thing about the EVO is that there are so many different routes you can take.

And go down the wrong route, and it will cost you to go back the other way. Trust me, been there, done that.

i tried using the search button but evrytime I did it said a fatal error occured so thats why I posted up in here. I know about searching when I had my vic I was on a few honda boards. I'm no tgoing to do any mods for a while, my first one will be to my bank account. I think I might start with the utec when I do. Ive heard some good things about that engine management system even on a stock evo.

Get yourself a tbe, drop in filter, mr bov, mbc or ebc and a flash. This will keep you happy for a while. The search button does work try it again, there are alot of threads on this that can show you many ways you can go.
