New to DSM's. Here is my evo
New to DSM's but I am open minded
I got an Evo 8 a few weeks ago and so far so good. It handles like a dream but parts are so expensive. I look forward to getting some healthy power out of it. In the long run i want 400whp and I am willing to do what it takes to do it right. I have some decent knowledge of turbos but any help is appreciated. Just thought I would say hi.

Did you say parts were expensive? Are you sure you were looking at Evo parts?
For $1200, you can put down 300whp.
for $2000, you can put down 340whp.
For $2500, you can put down 370whp.
For $3000, you can get closer to 400whp while still on the stock turbo. That doesn't sound expensive to me...

Hrm... lets see, the Evo is not a DSM, DSM actually changed its name in 1995 (<--nitpicking) and the last of the cars reffered to as a DSM ceased production in MY99. Also, you car doesn't exist, there is no such thing as an '03 Evo VIII RS.
