I currently have Tein Type SS-P coilovers with the EDFC on my Type S and atleast around here in CT and NYC it is just to stiff of a ride for my taste anymore. I liked the compromise in ride quality for handling when I was coming outta high school but now 4 years later it is just exhausting. I want something that will absorb the bumps while still providing a ton of grib. The MR seems to provide this from what I've read.

I'm trying to not let the dealers bully me, but the dealerships around here, atleast the ones of I've visited, aren't really the best.
ETA on the EVO?

I'd say 5-6 weeks. I've got the local UCONN car show next weekend that I'm entering my current car into, then I need to part out everything, sell the car, and then I buy the EVO.

I'm trying to learn as much as I can about the the EVO before I get my hands on it since, it is the complete opposite of my Acura.

I hope you're okay with the interior quality of the Evo! It's a bit different than the acura. Have you talked numbers with the dealerships? There's big discounts in this state. I wonder what it's like over yonder.

I'll be careful to let you by if I see a WW MR on the road.

I remember driving a friend's 1.8t and not even being able to roll onto the throttle in first gear because of traction.. blah! Glad you went with AWD.

lol I'm not to concerned about the down grade in interior because the rest of the car makes up for it by a whole heck of a lot.

Dealerships haven't been to flexible over here... so far they want pretty close to MSRP which I'm not interested in paying.

Yea WW is such a tempting color... I love the bronze rim on white cars. It's so hot. I personally would do a deep dish black with a polished lip. That's great you like your Evo 9MR so much. I love reading that, it keeps making more excited about getting mine. Thanks for the welcome.
