hi lancer owners im just getting to know my car and everyting about it and also i want to see what other pople have to say about them us lancers well im a dude who lives in the 915 area thats El Paso TX and i have a 2003 blue lancer es A/T (that sucks thats A/T) im just here representing my team and my self in the 915 i seen a bit lancers out here that are fix for show. some look nice some dont. i want mine to look and be fast not super fast but at least to be doing 13's in the track with all mods i could put in with the stock block. well hope all u help and give advice and maybe i got some good advice to to all u lancer owners...

Welcome! The simplest answer to get into the 13s with the stock block is Road Race Motorsport's (RRM) (www.roadracemotorsports.com) stage 2 turbo kit and you can run 200+ WHP and be in the 13s.

Like mentioned above, there is A LOT of good info on here, just gotta look for it. Again, welcome to the site!
