I have $3000 to spend and was wondering what should I do next?

torque damper
do i really need a pulley and cam gears?

You probably don't need the cam gears for the cams you're running. At your level, that'd be more a matter of preference than need (in my opinion). As for the pulley, that too depends. From what I understand, you don't want an underdrive pulley, but there are other pulleys you can replace that help lower the rotating mass.
What are your goals with the car? WHP, 1/4, skid pad...what are you going for?
Absolutely do NOT get cam gears or a pulley. Where did you get that idea anyway? Please tell me, so I can quell that advice at the source.
You need a DV, ported/coated stock manifold, ported/coated 10.5 hotside, LICP, alky, and a retune. Instead of the damper, get a Powerflex/Forge Front Motor Mount, or if you don't mind being REALLY stiff, get the Buschur Front Motor Mount. Both are $50 or less and are far better than an expensive damper.
