Will i pass inspection

ok my current mods are hyperflow IC, hks catback, hks intake, and greddy bov. after getting a mbc a test pipe and a walbro fuel pump i am getting a tune from turbo trix but i know i wont pass inspection with the test pipe but ill just swap it out ,but can i still pass with the other mods

Well, once you put the stock cat back in for the inspection, it will be no issue. THat's the only thing that really matters, and you don't have any cams or anything...

i was all excited that i finally got up the money for this and then all the sudden i thought of the damn nj inspection

Should be very easy to slap in a stock cat if you have a flanged exhaust.

NJ inspection is very light compared to other states. NJ only makes you get it done once every what? Seven years or something stupid? I have a few friends from there that say they never have problems with their mods.

In N. Carolina the inspection is every year and they are pretty strict on it.

Unless you have a hookup, LOL. Ask some local V8 guys for a little advice on where to go. Works for me everytime.

I bought my car out of state so I had to get it inspected when I registered it here. It was brand new but they only gave me a 2 year sticker. I guess I'll find out in two years if a BR exhaust with a high flow cat will pass.

is dynorun still required for emissions in NJ? here in new york, emission gets checked by the computer now. so u pass emission as long as u dont have check engine light on. i dont think they would actually put the car on lift just to check to the cat if the light is not on.
