Maybe get his muffler bearing greased and knutton valve changed might get him to 400WHP. And tighten the loose nut behind the steering wheel.

How about dropping the car 4", that will make it more aerodynamic and faster.

What about a good coat of Wax and RainX!? That thing will cut through the wind like a lime green 2g DSM with a aluminum wing AND you wont have any "danger to manifold" problems!
