mine sucks too, if you're the only one in the car, close the vent all the way on the right of the car, it'll make the other 3 really strong.

Couple other threads on this as well. Seems the A/C on Evo's is just not that strong. I have had my IX for about 2 months. I was just up in the Ontario, CA area the other day and had to turn mine to high with the recirc going just to get some cooling (about 90 degrees outside). Not sure if tinting the windows will help but may be my next action. Good luck.

I noticed also, that the 2nd vent to the right does'nt blow hard at all unless one of the other vents is closed.

Mine worked fine for 2 in the car. I stayed in the lower gears and kept the revs up. I started on fresh air until it got cooler in the car than it was outside, then recycle it went until the engine shut off.

mine is alright... i guess cuz of my hella tinted windows... i got 5% on all around except the front windshield... i just turn my ac to 1 and it cools the inside not too bad, but when it gets hotter here in vegas i'll have to full blast the ac

its not so bad, actually even at start-up, it seems colder than most other ac's in different cars.

Mid 90's here in Florida, and the IX A/C works very well. In fact, so well, that if the sun is not beading down through the front windshield, I have to turn it to down.
