What you need to get is one of those car covers like on that commercial(i think hyundai?) where the guy comes out and it looks like a rusted, multicolored piece of **** then he takes the cover off and its the(hyundai?) underneath.
Seriously though, get lojack or a security system that has a blinking light so crooks know its armed. Take the wing off, change the tails(evo 7s) and you should be ok. I highly doubt anything further than that will make a difference as to whether or not it gets stolen.
Remember its the #2 most stolen car in america(the world?). Whoevers gonna be taking it, knows what it is and how to recognize it.

If the area you live in is really that grimy, they wont mind if you put a shed up in the parking lot, buy an aluminum shed and spend like 1000 dollars on some sort of klaxon based alarm system that will wake up people ten miles away when someone touches the shed, thats the only way to be sure that you will not have your evo stolen!

I was thinking of some type of pre-emptive strike alarm system, you know the thief thinks about stealing the car and it runs him over or something... just gotta figure out how to invent one.
