Holy pointless arguement batman!
A properly modded LS1 can easily achieve mid 11sec passes. Why the h*ll does it matter what mods he has? He has a 12 sec timeslip with the mods he stated and the numbers match on both slips.
It just seems pointless to me to run around comparing a rwd V8 vs an evo in the 1/4 mile. Let's face it, big displacement rwd cars are fastest in a straight line.
Skill, what does he stand to gain by lying to you?
Seriously guys, how can you call yourselves car guys and not give a great car and driver props on a great time? Seriously.

Also I know big v8 are faster in a straight line that also was never the discussion.
The reason why i am curious is cause I know more powerful camaros and they arent running those times. Thats why I am wandering.

Thanks sasquatch, even though I don't consider myself having a big displacement motor. Anything over 396CI is big displacement to me but that's all point of view of course. Believe me, I was surprised with my times as well!

I know more powerful camaros also but rwhp isn't everything. You have to be able to hook as well. The setup and how everything works with each other is more important.

I know of alot of big rwhp camaros that arent running those times, but they are all on street tires (read: no drag radials or slicks) and no stall. The evo is proof incarnate that power is not everything, it's how you hook it up.
I read the whole thread and all I got was you callin BS every 5sec.
