Is Evo a good car for a college student?

Is Evo a good car for a college student? does anybody drive a evo to college? If you do, have anybody tried to do anything to your car?

If you go to Harvard, or Yale and mom and dad pay for everything and you dont mind expensive maint and parts then this is the car for you!

As stated, it's an expensive car to own and maintain...especially with a regular college student's bank account.

meh, im going to college...and i pay for the evo, rent, college itself, books, food....etc...

It can be done, but you will need a good job and few other bad habits (you have no money to spend on random ****, just whats in the budget)

Having a job that pays for all those things while in college is damn near impossible. It's hard having a job that good AFTER college.

I drive one....but I am working on my doctorate....so different story, I have seen a few evo around here driven by college student They live off campus though. I dont know about parking it on campus

If you can afford it - absolutely. It's a good car for anyone. If you can't afford it, it's still a great car.

I say hell yeah! I'm in college and also working full time

A good job is needed though, minimum 30k annually.

I'm a Student .. and i go to college with the evo .....
we got other students drivin porsche 997 Carreras and 05-06 stang GT's ... and there is my evo and another evo7 ...

and do they do anythin to the car? .. nope .. we got security outside .. and all the students did is take pics .. and ask me if i am the owner of the evo .. thas about it ...

It draws too much attention. You'll have to be careful where its parked -- especially if people nearby are consuming alcohol.

I go to college in Boston and i work to make the payments. Cant afford anything else but i think its a fair trade off.

How much do you (college student) pay for your insurance?? because i checked it with state farm, the agent told me that i have to pay $2300 for half year for the evo
