What size is the Mitsubishi Alloy Shift Knob (silver)? Is it 40mm, 45mm, or 46mm. I want the arc or the aspec knob but don't know if they are the same size. Thanks. Anyone have pics of the 45mm ARC installed? I couldn't find many on here when I searched.

 

Best I can tell, it's 44mm, unless my calipers are slightly off which is entirely possible.
