Hey im Jerry and just bought my first EVo8 it's a 05 model in blue. I think i got a pretty good deal for $25k with leather, sunroof, HID's. No one else would budge on there price of $27k. All is great excpet for a wind noise I believe is coming from the tires I think. But I have the biggest joker smile since I left the dealer. Man it fast and to me seems stock but I test drove other stocks same year but this has more pull. Man I love this car.............. I'll try and get some pics up soon.

Well.. might as well jump in on this too for my first post, name's Greg, just picked up an 05 Evo, apex silver and very clean, only has 7,000 on odometer....

I was a previous '00 Celica GTS owner, ran a best of 13.664 @ 104.4 with nitrous and a standalone, hoping to one up that with the Evo, quickly!
My first mod: learn how to drive an AWD lol
second mod: too many to choose from, can't decide.

How much did you pay for it. I got mines with 15k miles

 

I paid 25,600 with 7100 miles, it was quite a find! There were 2 of the '03 model at another dealer and they had one for the same price as this 05, and the other was only 1000 less!

 

i paid 22k for an 04 with 16k on it. came with everything in my signature besides the type s and test pipe it did have a high flow helix cat though. good pick up man have fun with it and keep it clean i wash mine about every 2 days in and out haha im picky as hell!

 

I know what you mean, the paint on this thing is really nice, alot nicer than my Toyota's.... I can appreciate washing it every other day!

Good price on yours! I wasn't sure on buying one modded already, and plus I had a durango to trade in...

The payments are slightly higher lol... I have to keep driving the Evo in order to keep my mind off how much it cost me lol!

 

haha ya the guy that had my car before traded his in for a durango hahaha. i have talked to him and met up with him a bunch though. the car is legit hes like 45 year old guy that had everything done at BR and i trust their work and hes defently not the kind of guy that was rippin it all the time.

Damn! Thats a hell of a deal! I bought my 03 with 33k for 21500 and it just had TBE, MBC, and springs. I wanted one that was just mildly modded or stock, so it wont have been ragged on as bad. Anyways... Well welcome to the forums and enjoy it! I love mine!
