if Bilstein shocks, a 6spd tranny, and better wheels are worth the extra jack to you then yes.. if you plan on swapping suspension and getting new wheels anyway, go with a GSR.
EDIT: Any hookups on a Kenwood screen?

I had the same choice too..
i decided on the SSL, because this is my daily driver and i've always had a sunroof.
you get same motor and the six speed is indeed nice, but it's only about 200rpm difference highway cruising speeds, not really worth the xtra money imho.
i don't really like the leather seats, but getting used to them, the stereo is fine, i'm gonna leave that and spend all money on engine/suspension mods.
basically it all depends on what you are gonna use it for.
good luck.

The GSX SE has the aluminum roof, lighter wheels, HIDs, and stronger 5 speed tranny. If you are a hard core racer you will want the SE with the 5 speed. If you are a poser get the MR.
I would say get the 9 SE. And added the zero lift kit, wicker bill, and defuser that the MR has. I'll tell you the 6 sp is really nice. I choose the MR caused i liked the 6sp and HIDs. If the SE was avalible I probably would have got that.
Good Luck
