Question Evo FQs...what's the deal???

Ok people, before I get attacked by the "search" patrol...I have and I couldn't find any specifics on what I want to know.

What is different on the FQ models(mechanically) that makes them have so much power???

Bigger turbos? Different ECUs? Internals?
I figured, If I mod my car to the specs of an FQ model(300,320,340) I can get a "reliable" boost in power.

If anyone knows, I appreciate it.

Most cars are around the same price in pounds there as they are in Dollars over here. Example: 350z is 26k pounds for the "base model" there and $26k here. But you're right, the pound pwns the U.s. dollar.
