Ok, now that you mention it, a blow off valve does sound familiar. I don't guess I need one of those then. :-)

Just be sure not to get a blow off valve that does vent to air like the SRT Neon does. It will affect some of the operation of your engine. I'd agree with JDM Evo Boost. The MR diverter valve is a great valve, and with a custom intake, you can hear the valve opening through the filter. The only downside is, most intakes should be followed up with a tune of the ecu. Cause the car tends to run rich on an aftermarket intake.
