I swear I'm the only person that thinks the new front end looks hot......but I'd still get an evo over it.

You think Subaru's warranties are any better?

I used to own a wrx...I have a few horror stories of my own.

If you're going to compare the quality of the warranties, I'd say they're about the same.

Test drive and find out which one you like.

EVO=Mod friendly
STI=Not mod friendly and hard to work at

The STI is very mod friendly, but you have to replace the stock turbo on the STI a lot sooner than you do on the EVO.

Honestly, it depends on what you are buyuing the car for. It doesnt matter where you do a search, there have been numerous head-to-head comparisons and the Evo always out performs the STI. I originally wanted an STI until I drove one... couldnt stand the feel of the steering. Once I learned more about both cars I felt the Evo is a much better made car with superior performance and a much more mod-friendly car than the STI. I have also read numerous posts on this site about people who have switched to the Evo from the STI and their reasons for doing so... you may want to do a search on this site for Evo vs. STI and hear first hand from people who have owned both and what they like about each car. I would also ask yourself what you paln on doing as far as mods are concerned and actually try to test drive both. I would presonally never buy an STI after having driven one, and for me the MR package on my Evo IX suits me the best (with HID lights, lightweight aluminum roof, 6 speed, BBS, Bilstein, etc.) Either way, do your research BEFORE you make the purchase!!!

It's a WoW (World of Warcraft) originated phrase that has pretty dense overall penetration now.

How come nobody said anything about the mazdaspeed3? Its freaking awesome how much performance it has for a 23,000 car. Im prety sure it could keep up with an Evo on a rolling start. In terms of handling it might not be as good as the evo or sti but its still prety damn good. Also, it will keep its value better than the other two options since there is only a couple of thousand of them coming over and demand for them is very high.

The MS3 is not in the same class as either the Evo or the STi.

OT- Did any one see the new South Park yesterday? I was dying, it's as if they knew some of my friends in the tech academy when I was in HS. Cartman drinking Rockstar and saying "uber pwned", classic.
