Boost gauge question

Boost gauge question

What is the gauge measuremet, like what does 1.2 mean. If its in Bar it should be like 16 right? I did a search and couldnt find any thing so i would appreciate the help.

1.2 would be in Bar.

To convert to PSI, multiply by 14.7 (I think...if that's not right, someone correct me.)

If that's right, then 1.2 bar is 17.64 psi.

So on my bone stoke Evo 9 i should be at 1.3 then right?

Here is a conversion chart 1.31 bar is 19 psi, 1.38 is 20 psi

Its not in Bars though, its in KG/CM^2. 14.2=1 bar of force on the factory gauge. So 1.3 KG/Cm = 18.46. And 1.5 = 21.3. For a bone stock 9, expect about 1.3 KG/CM.

Bars are 14.7, KG/CM are 14.2.

Another cool feature in google is that you can type in "convert 1.3 bar to psi" and it'll give you the answer...
