CAn the Dealership find a flash?

Just wondering what are the chances the Dealership finds out a car is flashed?

Just wondering Because if I ever have to take in my EVo for warranty work I would hate to have them ***** over the flash...

What are the chances and how do they check it?

to my knowledge any evo's ecu after 2003's are detectable.
They won't know exactly what has been changed but they can detect some paramaters of the fuel and timing has been tempered with.

I almost don't care anymore, lol. Our engines are bulletproof and things breaking frequently should not happen. Let's just hope you didn't pick an evo off the lot with the most defective parts.

i say drive your car around stock for a while (maybe 10k or more) than if you had no problem, just mod it...IMO

Or if you get a tactrix cable you don't have to worry about it

A tactrix cable flashes your ecu. Same type of flash that any vendor would do.
