Damn it only took me a week LOL with all the driving that I had to do with the holidays. I got my oil changed at 500 miles and I am going to do it again at 1,000 miles. According to the owners manual 600 miles and I am good to go. Well today I hit 608

It's crazy how fast the break in period went by. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Modding is going to have to wait. I was going to do a turbotrix tune, but my winter tires took place of that. Going to pay off some bills, and mod in the spring. I only plan on doing a drop in and a tune, maybe an exhaust but I am not 100% sure on that.

3 weeks and alot of driving..

from south coast to sacramento the to my friends house then to in and out then to another friends house and home. it was the happiest day of my life. i even got a thumbs up from a fellow evo owner on I-5 near fresno and saw a nsx and a turbo supra i wanted to see how fast my car was but i wanted to brake it in properly.

Best places to drive. Got 600 miles in about a month. Didn't want to drive too fast for the break-in period.

 

when i got my motor back it took me about 6 days to put a grand on the odo

 

mine was pretty easy because i got my evo XI like 200 miles away so it put some miles on the way home so i say it took me about 3 days to have 600 miles

 

2 days...

 

took me about 3....it felt like forever and jacksonville is huge.

 

2 weeks 4 me i got about 800 something now almost 900

 

1 1/4 days

 

2 weeks. um, i had another car i was driving also...so the mileage was split =P
