Not sure on that, I own an 03 and I have the same filter and box. It took some modification of the brackets that held the old box in place, and by modification I mean I had to hack the crap out of it with my dremel. I eventualy just removed the whole thing and tide up the stock boost sollinoid. If you are still running the stock boost control you will need to cut only the parts that effect placemnet of the new box or find a suitable replacement location. After that is done the fun part starts, trying to figure out which of the supplied l brackets goes to which side of the filter. I cant help you with that one it has been way to long since I did all that. Just try it a couple of diferrent ways until it works. Once that is situated then you "simply" bolt the brackets down to the holes left from the removal of the old bracket. I hope this helps. I know its real confusing but just take your time and you will get it eventualy, that or you will take a sledge to the whole thing and say to hell with it. Which ever you do, good luck to you. It is an awsome kit though, you will notice gains imidiatley, just be sure and get a tune however.
