15k miles tune up?

What are the big things that need to be done at 15k miles? Because the dealership charges ab out like 150 or so and i want to know if i can basically do all that stuff by myself.

Flushing the coolant and changing brake fluid are probably two of the most overlooked maintenance items. Changing brake fluid is a PITA, esp when you don't have anyone to help you. I don't have too many friends and the ones that I do have are retarded when it comes to cars.

Thumbs up

LMAO...

My closest friends are also retarded when it comes to cars!

BTW, I tend to agree that coolant and brake fluid change are always overlooked.

For the 15k mile tune up... I would change tranny, transfer and rear diff fluids, oil change, coolant, brake fluid, rotate tires, check all the suspension points (replace if necessary), check brake pads/rotors, check vaccum hoses and wheel balance/alignment.

Did half of this tasks this month.... will finish the rest along with turbo upgrade.
