i just wanted to introduce myself and say hey to everyone.....i own a 2004 RS Evo....ive owned it for about 3 months but have just now got around to joining your forums.......i come from the srt forums....i previously owned a 2005 srt 4, big turbo and all the goodies. the evo is somewhat of a change....im looking foward to meeting new ppl and getting to know more about these cars.

its red.....being a mechanic and previously owning another turbo car, i purchased mine with some mods already done.....obvious mods that i know of are:

turbo xs MBC
AEM true time cam gears
definately has cams....im just not sure that brand and the duration...but its loopy
megan racing turbo outlet pipe
samco intercooler piping
koyo aluminum radiator
stock intake.....just has a cone filter
turbo xs 50/50 bov

there may be some other mods, im just not sure what to look for

nice, thank god you got rid of the neon...............jk but you will like the evo much better especially around the twisties

 

i loved the power and torque my dodge was putting out....putting it to the ground was my biggest problem.....on pump gas i was 402hp 389tq.....one day i just woke up and said i want to trade my car in on something awd....it was between an sti or the car i have now.....i got it used with 40000 miles on it.....so far i love everything about this car....ecspecially like yas06IX said....the handleing is phenomanal!!!! the only problem im having with the car right now is im throwing code p0138, which is the downstream o2 sensor, and the clutch is fried!!!! my 1st big mod is gonna be a clutch definately

 

Thats the only bad thing about buying used, you never know what the past owners did.
