P0300( check engine light)

P0300( check engine light)

I went to autozone 10min ago... to get it scan....P0300 It says "P0300 RANDOM/ MULTIPLE CYLINDER MISFIRE WHAT DOES THIS MEAN???? HELP PLEASE.....WORRIED HERE!

geez it hasn't even been 30 mins, misfiring would make me want to check the plugs. or you can take it to the dealer

When was the last time you changed the plugs? You should be fine driving it for a little while. Just be easy on it. Also i know with the 03's they had a recall out there for a P0300 code where they had to reflash the ECU. Not sure if its for the 05's though.

I have 03 now! Still bone stock @ 34500 miles. how much they charge you to reflash?

Nothing if it's still under warrenty. I would take it to the dealer and find out why it's throwing that code without an upgrade in cams. But, yes, the 03s did have this problem and I think it might be a re-call item so you won't have to pay.
