I don't know if they will fit an MR, but I put them on my regular IX and they improved the shifter feel immensely. The shifter is a lot more precise and shifting is much easier, especially 2 -> 3 and 4 -> 5.

the 5spd bushings are different from the 6spd bushing, so make sure you get the correct ones. but from viii to ix i believe they are the same as long as you get the correct ones that correspond to your tranny.

i had them in my viii, and have just recently put them into my ix. i like them alot. it is a subtle, but noticable change. it just makes the shifter feel more "solid" and a little bit more precise.

i would say for the money, they are a good buy.

Yea sure. You can buy the Zaklee ones link in Post 1 which does not specify if it's for the 6 speed or the 5 Speed; or the one I posted which specify's it's for the 6 Speed ONLY!

It's a shifter bushing for chrissakes. Let not get carried away here. I'm sure Speed Source's is just as serviceable as Buschur's.

OP, be sure to let us know how awesome the mini e-clip was to install. If you have a swear jar it will have more change in it at the end of the install I promise!
