rim coming off and no brake presure??????

ok so last night im driving with some friends to hooters and on the way i start to hear this noise that sounds like someone is smacking my driver side wheel well and as i start to here this noise i notice that while moving i have no brake pedal pressure at all but when i come to a stop i get all pedal pressure back. so after looking at my calipers, rotors, pads and brake fluid trying to figure out what the noise was and y i had no pedal pressure. well after that we realize that the lug nuts r so lose that u can take them off with your fingers. so we jacked it up and tightened them all down. now after we did that i took my car for a spin to see if that is what was making the noise. well it was and to my surprise all the pedal pressure cam back too.

now the question that me and all the ppl that were with me have is how did the wheel effect my pedal pressure like that??

Maybe the tire was wobbling so much and pinching the brake line.
