Hell yeah.. he needs to shell out for that EMS.. he wont regret it.. I sit @ 383 with all the bolt ons except cams and tuned with a AEM EMS.. @ 23psi.. on 98 german oct.. witch equivilant to 93 US..
But damn.. 26 psi.. you can get away with it but not for long.. can you say "longevity".. there is no doubt is possible.. but I sure wouldn't recommend it. If you want that goal.. there is no other way around it.. Injectors and a AEM EMS... well maybe you could on the ECU flash but maybe not on pump as well.. Is possible so dnt stop.. I am on the same boat aswell.. the quest for 400
Swapping my RNR Race IC.. to the BR Racing Core and I will vent now.. using the Tial and doing some head work.. Cosworth 272, Spring retainers, head studs and head gasket all in the works.. GL..

Like i said, i dynoed my car without my gsc s1 cams and the car produced 340WHP/360WTQ. I am guessing with the cams in there right now its probably around 360WHP375wTQ.

Yeah I agree, 400whp stock turbo/stock ECU/pump gas/no meth EVO IX is certainly possible, but in my opinion it's gonna take an especially strong EVO IX and a high reading dyno. 340whp/360wtq with just TBE, Filter, Boost Controller, LICP, and Tune is pretty impressive, but there have been IXs that have put down more power on a dyno, and those are the IXs I see making 400whp. But you see this is my point, let's say you do all the mods and only put down 380whp when all said and done, and some other IX puts down 400whp on a different dyno. That doesn't mean he is more powerful than your car, his dyno could just be putting out higher numbers and the difference between his EVO and yours isn't as great as you would imagine. Dyno numbers are great to boast about, but the 1/4 mile is where the real power is shown.
