Everyone who jumps into my car is so surprised by the crank windows and they love it. I tell everyone to lock their doors and the people who usually ride with me never have a problem.

My last car was loaded and there is nothing I miss. I would only love to have cruse controlbut no evo has that.

And ABS, well i've been racing go karts since 12 and i know how to drive with out abs very well. When i started driving my first car i hated abs more than anything, it has almost killed me once.

I locked mine one time in two years. I liked that they locked up. My car stopped on a dime.

I thought so to, and it kept me from buyin it... 4 a while I have had to slam on the brakes several times because Tucson drivers SUCK!!!

1. If tires are good condtion, then no prob.

2. The brakes are still brembos and can stop just as fast or even faster if you know what your doin.

3. I had to replace the ABS Brakes sensors on my evo 8 , but when you do one sensor you have to do the whole axel as well which is like $1300.00!!, and they go at random times...

4. Also I dont go through brake pads half as much as my evo 8.

5. Plus in snow, ice, and dirt ABS-less can save you!

So these are things to look at when goin to buy...

The only thing that I did not like was that the CD holder in the center console did not come with a lid. I use the lid to rest my elbow when I reposition myself in the seat.

I bought a slightly used center console from an MR here on EVOM.

Problem solved.

Abs doesn't work for crap in the snow.

I wanted a RS, but somehow ended up with a GSR w/ a moonroof because my car broker couldn't find one, and I got a good deal on the GSR :|

side note: an 18 yr old kid saw my roommates and I with our Evos (three of us) and he told his dad, "See, that's the car I want!" Dad said, "Wow, those look really cool" and asked us "How much new do they run?"

My roommate said "about 30k" and the Dad said, "Wow, that's cheap" We kind of look at each other, and then my other roommate told him "It does 0-60 under 5 seconds" ....."and keeps up with Corvettes"

Dad frowned and said "Are you guys sertious?" "I don't think you should have a car that fast"

Kid dogged us!
