Check Engine/Tuning Question?

I have a 2006 EVO9. I recently installed a Tanabe Turbo back exhaust, Garrett 30r turbo kit with 44mm tial wastegate, tial blow off valve, 850 injectors, upper and lower hard lines for the intercooler and walbro fuel pump. Had ECU reflashed. It is currently running 18lbs of boost. When the car goes into high boost the check engine light comes on and the code is "Bank 1 Sensor 1 Stuck Lean".
Any ideas???

Did you put the oxygen sensor back for the Turbo outlet and is it plugged in to the harness? You description is incomplete but im guesing its the oxygen sensor code. Do you have the exact code so im not guessing?

You want to install something called an anti-fouler for your 02 sensor which is found on the cat of the IX. If your testpipe doesn't have an 02 port, the 02 sensor will reach the catback. See the following link on how to make it:

He did say bank 1 so it usually means the O2 sensor in the turbo outlet and not the one in the turbo back exhaust. Then again without the code we don't know for sure.

It is the O2 sensor in the turbo outlet. Do you think this is a tuning issue ?

When my check engine light came on the code was P2195 It is the O2 sensor in the Turbo Outlet. Any Idea what would cause this?

Bad O2 sensor or it may be unplugged from the harness.

After the work and tuning was done this same problem occurred and the sensor was changed. The same problem happened again and all connections were checked. Could this be a tuning issue?
