Jacking Car up or RAMPS ..... Evo...

What is the best way to jack up this evo viii. ? or what kinda ramps should i get that WONT scrape or rub my front lip. i got some ramps from Autozone but they seem there going to scrap/rub my bumper. so i dont wanna use them. and i dont have a lift as we just moved . ( we used to have a personal garage.)\

anyone help would be appreciated...

thanks and this is a very helpful forum on helping me out w/ my first Evo...

don't buy from autozone, I's try sears first before you even think about them. Or home depot beleive it or not. they sell 4ton jacks and stands.

I'm guessing...

you have an aftermarket lip on the front? Rhino ramps work fine on my 05 with stock body and rims/suspension and it clears by about an inch or two. I got two sets and can put the whole car up much easier than jacking it up. Rhino you can get on Amazon.com or even at Wal-Mart in the automotive section.

I bought my rhino ramps from autozone and it has held up for the past 5 years.

place a 2x4 in front of the ramps, then roll onto a 2x4 then onto the ramps.
