What's ever the advantage? Going faster. Faster laptimes due to faster shifting w/ more immediate power. Not for a novice... as you increase in skill and look for advanced methods such as these to drop lap times, you dabble in destructive modifications such as this one. I just implemented it on my lancer but haven't yet gotten it working properly. I anticipate some life coming off my drivetrain as a result.

If your refering to power shifting..quicker shifts...etc.....but i wouldnt recommend it unless youre a serious track goer unless you want to be one of those guys talkin' bout how they just trashed their tranny or worse.
