sounds like a high knock count.

1. what fuel do you use?? i.e. brand and oct. they may have changed the mixture for the "summer"

2. at what time of day you notice it the most?? humidity may play a factor as well as heat soak of the intercooler.

3. how did you test for a boost leak?

I tested for a boost leack by spraying brakecleaner on all the differnt seems of the intake. I was told that because of the constant vacume if there was a leak it would suck it up in the engine and stall or chug!

I use 93 octane. from a citgo gas station.

it is constantly like that. no matter what time of the day it is.

A boost leak may not show up until you reach a certain boost pressure. That test proved nothing. You have to pressurize the lines to check for a leak. There are some how to's on it around here somewhere.

Im new to this whole tunning thing. Ive been reading as much as i can and im trying to learn, but this problem is concerning me because im not sure if i should be worried about detination. I need it fixed fast!

There is no tunning shops around where i live. not even a mitsu dealer within 300 miles. What do u think i should do? take it to a local shop or should i contact and drive to a dealer?

You might not see enough pressure. It would have to be under load.
