21-22 is safe as long as your flash is tuned for no knock.....23 is ok if you can get 93oct.

25 psi can be safe on pump gas if enough timing is pulled back. I think its better to consider what combination of boost/timing/fuel/mivec makes the most power.

22-23 can be run with stock turbo and 93 oct safely. However, be careful not to over boost your stock turbo. Lot's of hight boost on stock turbo's tends to wear out the seals quick.
