If I remember correctly, it necks down to 2.75 inches. That is a decent price for it though.

cannister looks real but midpipe looks strange. I have one and mine doens't have that flex section. Friend has one and again no flex section. Axelback might be the real deal but that midpipe looks to be fake. Maybe someone else can tell you for sure.

Dude dont buy some ebay exhaust get it from a dealer on the forums here.

Hell, I bought my catback used for $300 Helix. Its nice and loud as hell and if you drive year round and have snow how good would that carbon fiber hold up..Esp when rocks hit it from tires if you go for the occasional off road like me?

So are you buying exhaust for the badge or for the fit/quality/full 3inch? (AMS,BUSCHUR..etc.etc.)

Looks genuine to me. Just remember with the HKS carbon/Ti, the only thing Ti on the unit is the tip. The whole exhaust including the can is polished stainless steel and the muffler is just wrapped in carbon with a Ti tip. Never compare this unit to a Greddy or any other full Ti unit.

ive had it on both my evos...1 with testpipe, 1 with Highflowcat(current). With the testpipe i got a lot louder and deeper rumble, with the HFC, i have a nice rumble, but subtle, not loud or annoying. It slightly drones on the hwy but i can talk on my phone with the windows up. Overall: great exhaust. looks nice and i got them both for free so i cant complain. Its a quality piece. Is it the best? i'd def vote for no. best LOOKING: yes. Overall, i like my exhaust. One day im going to swap the HFC for a testpipe and let that baby rummmmmble

+1 for that vendor on ebay. KURUMAMOTORING is a great seller. I have ordered many things off of him for years now. Good price on that exhaust. The Hks Carbon Ti is the best looking exhaust imo. I thought the sound was annoying though and the neckdowns turned me off. Not a true 3".
