bucket/race seats

ok so im 6'-6" and about 300 lbs. does any one know of a fat-guy race seat out their?

i want a quality seat for the bigg kid in me LOL

Ok..... I'd say no becuase most seats are made in japan. The average size of a human there is MUCH smaller.

i know right..... ive heard of some usdm seat builders making a large guy seat but couldnt remember the name or find it on search.

yeah over in japan im huge.

Why does he have to get a Japanese seat? There are many seats (majority) that are not JDM and are most likely better than many of the JDM brands

I was thinking of getting new seats cause I hate the Black/blue color of my seats in the EVO but 900 per seat for like bride is not worth it. Besides there Recaros. I called an upholstery shop and they said 900 for all 4 seats any color and 50 bucks for stitching... just my 2 cents

Status just released a "GT" version that is made for waists up to 40in. Not sure if that would work for you, but it's an idea.

Sparco and Recarco have wide versions available as well.

If you still cant find one, you could always retrofit a lazyboy...

its simple. take w/e seat u like, and take off the side walls to the bottom part of the seat. thats the only part u dont fit in, and u still wont slide around in the seat. your to big. with the door and then center console, u should be stuck. just a helpfull suggestion
